The debate about work-life balance rages on, even for women in the highest levels of the workplace as seen this this week’s NYT piece “Elite Women Put a New Spin on an Old Debate”. Many of us have been there, done that, and, like the women in this article, we’ve had the experience to look back and give a perspective that goes beyond the theoretical.
